India snatches all rights from Kashmiris including right to speak in IIOJK: APHC

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference says India has wrested all rights from Kashmiris, including the right to speak in illegally Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement, the leaders said the Modi-led regime does not even allow the people of Jammu and Kashmir to gather and speak freely.

He said New Delhi had gagged the media while journalists were harassed and threatened with dire consequences by Indian occupying forces. The leadership has said that the hidden agenda of the Hindutva organizations under Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is to push Hindu fascism into the Muslim majority in Jammu and Kashmir.

In order to realize the dream of turning Muslim-majority Jammu and Kashmir into a Hindu-majority area, the Modi regime approved the construction of more Hindu settlements in the name of transit accommodation for 6,000 migrant Pandit employees.

This was revealed by Indian Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai in Rajya Sabha, the upper house of India’s parliament. He disclosed that IIOJK land measuring 2,359.45 hectares had been acquired for settlements in the past three years. The law aims to modify the demography of the territory.
